Home Instead is hiring a Rapid Response Lead Care Pro — a dependable, skilled caregiver who is guaranteed weekly hours and plays a key role in keeping care uninterrupted for our seniors.

You will be the “go-to” caregiver when:
- A team member calls out
- A new client starts services
- A shift needs immediate coverage
- A new caregiver needs shadow training support
You step in calmly and confidently — ensuring seniors never experience gaps in care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and ADL support
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Support Alzheimer’s and dementia clients
- Step into new environments professionally and confidently
- Mentor and support new Care Pros during onboarding shadow shifts
- Represent Home Instead’s standard of excellence in every home
This role requires flexibility, leadership, and strong clinical confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong dementia and Alzheimer’s experience
- Comfortable with hands-on care and mobility equipment
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Pet friendly
- 21+ years old
- Able to pass background screening
- Calm, adaptable, dependable personality
