Duties

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing information about the venue and services
- Assist with special requests or accommodations to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm, energetic, and attentive during busy periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably for extended periods
