Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a dependable and organized Full-Time Scheduler / Resident Assistant to join our team. This unique role combines administrative scheduling responsibilities with hands-on resident care, providing an opportunity to support both our team members and our residents.
The position will include three days per week as the Scheduler and two days per week working on the floor as a Resident Assistant, with every other weekend availability required.

Scheduler Responsibilities (3 Days/Week):

Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.

Coordinate staffing needs, including call-offs, replacements, and schedule adjustments.

Communicate schedule updates with team members and leadership.

Maintain accurate scheduling records and assist with staffing coordination.

Support daily operations by ensuring the right team members are available when needed.
Resident Assistant Responsibilities (2 Days/Week):

Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Support residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Respond to resident needs and requests in a timely and respectful manner.

Assist with meals, activities, and other resident care needs.

Observe and report changes in residents' condition to appropriate team members.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compassionate and dependable with a desire to serve seniors.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience as a caregiver or Resident Assistant preferred.

Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position, including assisting residents with mobility needs.
