StretchLab – Torrance, CA
StretchLab is seeking a motivated, friendly, and sales-driven Sales Associate to help grow our Torrance studio. We help people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a great first impression.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, strong in customer service, and excited to be part of a fun, energetic wellness environment.
$18–$22 per hour, based on experience
Commission on membership sales

Greet and engage members and guests in a professional, upbeat way
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support membership sales
Provide information and help convert prospects into members
Answer membership questions and book appointments
Support retention by delivering excellent customer service
Assist with opening/closing tasks and studio cleanliness
Participate in local community outreach and events
Strong communication and people skills
Sales-minded and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Professional phone, in-person, and email communication
Basic computer skills; ClubReady experience is a plus
Prior sales, front desk, fitness, or wellness experience preferred
