Who We Are Looking For
- The Experience: At least 2 years of proven outside sales experience (if it’s in roofing or construction, that’s a major plus).
- The Hustle: Someone who isn't afraid of the pavement. You know how to knock on a door, start a conversation, handle objections, and close a deal.
- The Process: Comfort using CRM tech to manage your pipeline, stay organized, and keep up with consistent follow-ups.
- The Location: You need to commute to our Franklin office and service the Greater Nashville/Middle Tennessee market (In-Person).
