Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Boiler Technician in Lafayette, IN with experience in boilers, piping, and industrial equipment. This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role where your expertise will be valued and relied on every day.

What You’ll Do:
· Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial boilers, steam systems, and fluid distribution equipment
· Install, thread, and repair piping systems (black pipe, stainless steel, copper)
· Diagnose issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime
· Rebuild and install gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, shafts, and couplings
· Perform welding repairs (MIG, TIG, Stick) on piping and equipment
· Align and balance rotating equipment
· Support equipment installations, startups, shutdowns, and improvement projects
· Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and lubrication schedules
· Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
· 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
· Hands-on experience with boilers, piping systems, and pipefitting
· Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
· Welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick preferred)
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
· Comfortable working at heights (up to 80 ft)
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
· Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety programs
· Willingness to obtain RCRA & Mobile Equipment certifications
