RESPONSIBILITY

- Coordinates shipments on behalf of customers by liaising with shippers, trucking companies, and steamship lines.
- Sets up bookings, arranges inland transportation pick-ups, and monitors shipments to ensure timely delivery to final destinations.
- Verifies and converts shipment weights and volumes; calculates rates and performs accurate price conversions.
- Ensures timely and precise billing in accordance with company standards.
- Provides responsive support to local sales teams by promptly handling rate requests and email inquiries.
- Maintains effective communication with customers, carriers, vendors to ensure smooth coordination.
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.
- Assists in other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
- Min 2 years’ related experience in operation role
- hazardous materials experience is a plus
- Multilingual Mandarin and English required
· The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as productivity goals must be met.
- Good skills of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
- Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork
- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
- Good knowledge about logistics industrial
