ABC Glass Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Helper to support our residential and commercial service crews.
Glass experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to safety, and a five-star service mindset every single time.

Safety Is a Priority
Safety is a priority on every ABC Glass jobsite. The Helper must follow all company safety procedures and the direction of the lead technician to ensure work is completed safely and correctly. This includes properly handling glass, tools, equipment, and materials; maintaining a clean work area; and immediately communicating any safety concerns.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with residential and commercial glass work
- Load, unload, carry, and protect glass, tools, and materials
- Follow the lead technician’s instructions and company safety standards
- Keep company vehicles and jobsites clean and organized
- Protect customer property throughout the project
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Help ensure every project is completed to ABC Glass’s five-star standards
Schedule
Start times vary based on business needs. Typical shifts may include:
- 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
- 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Pay, Benefits and Growth
- Starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour
