Journey Adult Day Program is a new adult day program in Lodi. We serve adults with developmental disabilities in a brand-new Medical Day Service program vendored by Valley Mountain Regional Center. Every position is Monday-Friday, DAYTIME ONLY - no nights, no weekends, no holidays.
Build a behavior program from the ground up. Our new adult day program in Lodi needs a founding BCBA to design and lead behavioral services for adults with developmental disabilities - assessments, Behavior Support Plans, staff training, and a Behavior Technician track you create.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Functional behavior assessments and Behavior Support Plans integrated with each client's IPP
- Train and supervise direct-care staff in implementation (RBT-track curriculum)
- Direct ABA-based intervention and data-driven progress reporting to IPP teams
- Shape program culture from day one alongside the RN and program leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Active BCBA credential (BACB) + Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
- 2+ years providing ABA services to adults with developmental disabilities
- Pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint background check (we pay the fee) + TB test and health screening
