Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled HVAC technicians to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across various residential and commercial calls. Your expertise will ensure that HVAC installations meet safety standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects. Rock Service Pros is focused on creating a great team dynamic for our service technicians so that our team members are a direct part of the growth of the company and are paid commission on every sale made.

Your Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a positive way to sell estimates.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform diagnostics, pipe threading, specialized tech, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and durable installations.
- Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize basic plumbing and electrical knowledge when working on systems that integrate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components.
- Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work while maintaining proper ergonomics.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for documentation purposes.
Skills to help you succeed
- 2+ Years HVAC experience in services field.
- Strong service experience with a focus on HVAC installation and repair.
- Proficiency in HVAC techniques, including pipe threading and schematic reading.
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components as well as electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and machinery safely.
- Experience with simple carpentry or handyman tasks that support HVAC projects or remodeling efforts.
