Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Engage with customers professionally to provide product information, answer questions, and promote upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update route logs efficiently throughout the day
- Conduct merchandising activities by organizing displays and ensuring product availability at customer locations
- Assist with heavy lifting and physical setup of products during deliveries to ensure proper placement and presentation
- Manage pricing adjustments and communicate special offers or promotions to customers effectively
- Plan and organize daily routes for optimal efficiency, considering traffic patterns and delivery priorities
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory counts
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand or walk for extended periods during route driving
- Organizational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage time effectively
- Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork orientation
