The Prestige Companion Care LLC is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Part-Time Field & Marketing Assistant to help grow our nurse-owned home care agency.
Pay: $17/hour
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per month
Schedule: Flexible | Part-Time
Position Overview
This hybrid role combines remote marketing with community outreach. You’ll help increase our agency’s visibility, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and support business growth throughout Broward County.
Responsibilities
* Manage and schedule social media content
* Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach
* Cold call prospective referral sources
* Send professional emails and follow up with leads
* Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and physician offices
* Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
* Represent The Prestige Companion Care LLC at networking events and community functions
* Track outreach activities and referral opportunities
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Reliable transportation for field visits
* Comfortable with cold calling and networking
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience in healthcare, home care, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required
