Sales Manager

Peter Franklin Jewelers is looking for a Sales/Store Manager for our Angola, Indiana location. We are a family-owned jeweler known for honest guidance, fine jewelry, in-house craftsmanship, and genuine care.
This role is for a strong leader who loves people, knows how to build a team, and takes pride in creating a warm, trusted guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team each day.
- Create a welcoming, professional store experience for every guest.
- Help the team meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
- Train team members on jewelry knowledge, service standards, and sales skills.
- Manage daily store flow, team schedules, and guest needs.
- Partner with ownership and leadership on store goals and growth.
- Set the tone for trust, care, and professionalism in every interaction.

- Proven sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury retail, or client service.
- The ability to coach a team with patience and clear direction.

- A passion for helping guests celebrate meaningful moments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Jewelry schooling is a plus, but it is not required. We’ll send you through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to become an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP).

Preferred Experience

In person at our Peter Franklin Jewelers store in Angola, Indiana. Commuting or relocation is required.
