Position Overview
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) is seeking a Senior Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Salesforce, SQL, and ETL/Data Warehouse development. The selected candidate will design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise ETL solutions while collaborating with business, development, testing, and architecture teams to support mission-critical data integration initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
- Strong ETL development, database architecture, and data warehouse implementation experience
- Strong SQL and dimensional data modeling experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce/SQL connectors, and database conversions
- Experience developing, maintaining, and testing IDMC workflows
- Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Informatica IDMC ETL workflows and data integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes, database architecture, and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce using SQL connectors and support database conversion activities.
- Design secure dimensional data models and optimize SQL performance.
- Troubleshoot ETL workflows, resolve production issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Conduct testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies for project delivery.

- Hybrid role – Required to work onsite twice per month.
