Position Overview
StretchLab Ft. Wright is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead studio operations, drive membership growth, and build strong community relationships. This role is comprised of 60-70% sales and 30-40% staff management and studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about health, wellness, community and sales.
Schedule Expectations:
- 35 hours/week in-studio (operations + team leadership)
- 10 hours/week dedicated to sales, marketing, and community outreach outside the studio
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a best-in-class client experience
- Recruit, train, and manage front desk and Flexologist teams
- Maintain a positive, high-energy studio culture
- Ensure all systems, policies, and procedures are followed
- Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
- Manage staff schedules
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect out-standing dues
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive new membership sales and retention strategies
- Lead by example in consultative sales conversations
- Manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Execute promotions and referral programs
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups
- Attend events, networking opportunities, and partnership activations
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
- Collaborate on social media and local marketing efforts
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Performance & Accountability
- Track KPIs including sales, retention, and utilization
- Analyze performance and implement growth strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, fitness, wellness, or service-based management
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
