We specialize in high-quality residential projects and are looking for a creative, driven individual who can help showcase our work, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified leads through strategic social media and advertising.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator who is skilled in content creation, branding, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. This role is responsible for capturing project content, managing our social platforms, and running effective ad campaigns that generate measurable engagement and leads.
This is a hands-on role that includes both on-site content capture at our active job sites and remote editing and publishing.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of job sites, renovations, and completed homes
- Create and publish compelling content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including:
- Ad creative (graphics/video + copywriting)
- Audience targeting and retargeting
- Budget management and spend optimization
- Campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Ensure all social media and advertising efforts produce measurable engagement and qualified leads
- Coordinate with our project and construction team to document build progress
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms
- Track performance metrics and proactively recommend improvements
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Demonstrated experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and lead generation
- Ability to capture and edit photo and video content (iPhone or professional equipment)
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have reliable transportation for job site visits throughout the San Antonio area
Schedule
- Part-time: Approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on project and content needs
- Combination of on-site visits and remote work
