Swimming Pool Service AdvisorPool Industry Experience Required
Sea Breeze Pools is seeking a full-time Swimming Pool Service Advisor to join our growing team.
This position supports customers and daily service operations by scheduling repairs, preparing estimates, reviewing technician notes, managing follow-ups, and assisting with accounts receivable. The employee must also be able to cover a pool service route when needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule repairs and service appointments.
- Prepare pool service and equipment estimates.
- Follow up on pending estimates and customer concerns.
- Review technician logs, chemical readings, notes, and alerts.
- Assist with quality-control pool inspections.
- Help manage billing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate customer and job notes.
- Cover pool service routes when needed.
- Perform routine pool cleaning, water testing, chemical treatment, and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of swimming pool industry experience required.
- Pool service technician, service advisor, or repair coordination experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Management experience is a plus.
