About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Head of Customer Success to lead our growing team in Jacksonville. This is a critical on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and driving cross-functional alignment across product development, project management, customer support, deployment, procurement, and internal systems.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operations and revenue growth—scaling our operational capabilities to meet high demand while mentoring a high-performing team to exceed company goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Leadership
- Process Optimization: Lead and optimize critical operational functions, including project delivery, hardware deployment, supply chain, technical support, and internal IT systems.
- Executive Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all operational matters; own budget planning and resource allocation for operational departments.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build and manage seamless workflows and SOPs between engineering, customer success, product, and sales teams.
- Data-Driven Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency using data and KPIs; implement process improvements and automation wherever possible.
Team Management & Revenue Growth
- Team Development: Hire, lead, and mentor high-performing, quota-driven teams across multiple departments.
- Sales Execution: Design, execute, and refine comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Performance Management: Drive accountability, goal-setting, and CRM-driven tracking to ensure the team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and qualified leads; represent the company at regional industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven success leading high-performing, quota-driven teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data-driven.
- Local to the Jacksonville area or willing to relocate (this is an in-person position).
