Esteban Restaurant located at the historic Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Food & Beverage Operations to join our management team. This role will oversee a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant operations, marketing strategies, recruiting and training staff, manage and develop the F&B team, scheduling, payroll and overseeing food quality and developing menus. This position will also be responsible for executing banquet event orders booked by the Sales and Catering team.
The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee our high-volume restaurant and banquet events; work closely with other F&B supervisors, Executive Chef, and Sales and Catering managers to ensure operations in the restaurant and banquets run efficiently. Will be accountable for the financial and operational performance and ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
The overall goal is to ensure that guests are provided a memorable dining experience.
