Care Provider (Part-Time)
Location: Menomonie
Compensation: $14.13/hr + $0.70/mile
Hours: 16–18 per week
Summary:
Seeking a dependable and caring Respite Provider to transport and supervise a client during out of town appointments. This role requires safe long distance driving, flexible hours, and attentive support.
Responsibilities:
- Drive client to and from out of town appointments
- Provide supervision and support during travel and visits
- Ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being
- Communicate with family and providers as needed
- Keep vehicle/space clean and organized
- Track mileage for reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle for long-distance travel
- Flexible schedule
- Caregiving or related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Calm, responsible in unexpected situations
- Must pass background check and provide references
