From your first day, you’ll receive paid training and mentorship to help you build a strong foundation in marketing and sales. You’ll represent respected brands, engage directly with customers, and contribute to company success while developing valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact face-to-face with customers in retail settings to promote products and services
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Participate in training sessions to develop marketing, communication, and sales skills
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required)
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, goal-oriented, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
