The Radicle — a new restaurant and cocktail bar from the team behind Daisies — is hiring line cooks to join our team in Logan Square.
The Radicle serves Coastal Italian inspired food with a Midwest influence: think raw bar selections of vegetable and seafood crudos, oysters, crisp salads, fried snacks, and handmade pizzas. We are open 6 nights a week Tuesday-Sunday with Thursday-Saturday serving late night until midnight! The Radicle offers an energetic yet thoughtful kitchen environment where quality ingredients meet a neighborhood atmosphere.
We’re looking for cooks who love the rhythm of a busy bar kitchen and take pride in executing beautiful, consistent food — whether that’s shucking oysters, firing a perfect pizza, or plating a clean, seasonal crudo.

What we’re looking for:
2+ year of kitchen experience (pizza or raw bar experience a big plus)
