In this gardening role, you will be responsible for maintaining high profile beautiful gardens, historic hardscapes, and well loved environments. You will help create thriving environments in very public settings. Duties
- Maintain and enhance garden beds, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Conduct regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine
- Perform landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, trimming, planting new flora, mulching, and soil preparation
- Apply horticultural practices to promote plant health, including pest management and fertilization strategies
- Enhance and maintain spaces that have to look fantastic every weekend.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and lawnmowers
- Willingness to learn techniques including fertilizing, bed prep, and weed control
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific gardening instructions and project plans
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing repetitive tasks over extended periods
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
