Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Hours: 25+ hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable assistance to customers during the sales process
- Accurately process repair intakes and maintain organized repair records
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining attractive, on-brand displays
- Operate point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle payments accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the sales floor
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Retail jewelry store experience (sales, repair intake, merchandising)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a customer-focused environment
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail
