Line Cook – Boba & Asian-Inspired Café
We are hiring a Line Cook to join our team! We serve boba tea and Japanese/Asian-inspired food in a fast-paced, casual setting. This is a great entry-level kitchen job. No advanced culinary experience needed, just someone reliable, attentive, quick on their feet, and able to stay focused during busy rushes.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and prepare menu items following our recipes and portion guides
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized during shifts
- Maintain consistency on every order, even during rushes
- Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to keep tickets moving
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines
- Restock and do light prep between rushes
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable following recipes/checklists as written
- Team player with good communication skills
- Prior food service experience a plus, not required
- Must obtain food handler's certification (we can help with this)
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
