We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and handle voicemail messages efficiently
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support basic financial recordkeeping
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and filing tasks
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
