Assist in the recruitment process by managing applicant tracking systems including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.

Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and workforce management best practices.

Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data analysis and reporting on workforce metrics.

Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as a coordinator or similar position.
