RN – School-Based Nurse Pipeline – Western MA Area
Pay: $48–$53/hr DOE

Maxim Healthcare Services is actively building a pipeline of qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for upcoming school-based opportunities throughout Western Massachusetts. We partner with local school districts to provide skilled nursing support for students and are seeking nurses interested in future school placements. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Position Highlights
Flexible scheduling based on district and student needs
Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available
Weekly pay
School-based assignments throughout Western Massachusetts
One-on-one student care and health office opportunities
Paid training and ongoing clinical support
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to students in educational settings
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school protocols
Monitor students with chronic and acute health conditions
Respond to health concerns and emergency situations during the school day
Maintain accurate health records and nursing documentation
Collaborate with school personnel, families, and healthcare providers to support student success
Assist with student healthcare plans and individualized health needs
Qualifications
Current RN license in Massachusetts
Current Health Certificate
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
Pediatric, school nursing, or related clinical experience preferred but not required
