In-Home Sales Specialist

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.
This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required — all leads are company-generated.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments

Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions

Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process

Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy

Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success

Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates

Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs

Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Basic computer and technology proficiency

Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed
Preferred Experience (Not Required)

In-home sales experience

Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue-collar industry experience

Experience working with insurance claims or property damage projects

CRM or project management software experience
