Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals using a variety of techniques for clear care plans
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult with, and practice alongside, other healthcare providers
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between providers.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through skills various CEUs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in physical therapy, doctorate preferred
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in NJ
- In-network with Horizon
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
