- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate team members with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document quality
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Support bookkeeping activities
- Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
- Preference for prior experience working in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Strong computer literacy including data entry, file management, and basic troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
