Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Content Producer / Product Photographer & Videographer to elevate our brand’s visual storytelling. In this role, you will own the full visual content workflow: from studio setup and shooting to editing, retouching, and asset delivery. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that directly supports new product launches, e-commerce, retail, and social media channels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative talents while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Photography
- Shoot professional product, lifestyle, and in-use photography for packaging, e-commerce listings, retail accounts, and marketing collateral
- Operate studio lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment with minimal direction
- Execute detailed retouching and color correction to brand standards
- Maintain consistency across product lines and collections
Video Production & Editing
- Capture and edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), product demos, and retail presentations
- Handle all aspects of post-production: editing, color grading, motion graphics, and audio
- Adapt content formats and aspect ratios for multiple platforms
- Support influencer, collaboration, and brand campaign shoots as needed
- Works well with AI tools to support production
Asset Management & Brand Consistency
- Organize, manage, and distribute final digital assets through internal DAM or file management systems
- Maintain a content calendar and deliver assets on schedule for product launches and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to align visuals with brand guidelines
- Track revisions and manage version control on creative deliverables
Experience
- 3+ years of professional product photography and video production experience required
- Must have strong portfolio demonstrating product/commercial photography and short-form video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with studio lighting setups required
Qualifications and Abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail with a clean, polished aesthetic
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles that engage viewers emotionally and communicate brand messages effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in consumer products, beauty, or grooming / personal care categories
- Familiarity with e-commerce photography standards (Amazon, Walmart, Nordstrom, Sephora)
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience with DAM systems, Dropbox, or similar asset management platforms
- Videography experience for influencer or collaboration content
