Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, functional and personal training areas, 12 full-size pickleball courts, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the-art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.
WHO YOU ARE: PICKLEBALL COORDINATOR

You understand that community is at the heart of pickleball and take pride in building strong relationships both inside and outside the club.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and guests.* Oversee daily pickleball operations and ensure courts are organized, clean, and ready for play.* Direct open play, leagues, tournaments, clinics, and special events.* Build and maintain a strong pickleball community through member engagement and relationship building.* Promote club programming and assist with member retention and participation growth.* Educate members on court etiquette, rules, and club policies.* Enforce all pickleball rules, safety standards, and facility regulations.* Assist members with court reservations, program registration, and general inquiries.* Attend all required meetings, trainings, and club events.* Be timely, professional, well-groomed, and prepared for each shift.* Manage daily responsibilities and complete all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the pickleball area and surrounding spaces.* Partner with club leadership and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.* Have a thorough understanding of overall club systems and operations while enforcing established procedures and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous pickleball playing, coaching, or recreational programming experience preferred.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.* Ability to foster community engagement and build relationships with members.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly.* Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and special events.* CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
