Royal Broil is looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads by example — on the line, at the counter, in the rush. If you want to run a restaurant like it's yours, we want to talk.
Must-Haves (please don't apply without these):
- 2+ years management experience in a QSR environment — no exceptions
- Open availability: days, evenings, weekends
You'll Own:
- Daily operations, guest experience, and team performance
- Food safety, inventory, cash handling, and cost control
- Hiring, training, and coaching a team that delivers under pressure
- Sales growth through guest-first service, not gimmicks
You Are:
- Values-driven and hands-on — leads from the floor, not the office
- A guest-obsessed operator, not an administrator
- Someone who takes ownership without waiting to be told
