ITSC is seeking Junior Operations Specialists to support Missile Warning and Test Operations as part of a 24/7 operations team. This role provides junior-level operational support ensuring continuous system availability through shift-based operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates foundational knowledge of system operations and maintenance and thrives in a mission-focused, team-oriented operational environment.
In this role, you will directly support around-the-clock missile warning operations, contributing to the continuous availability and reliability of systems critical to national defense. Your work supports real-time mission execution and provides essential operational continuity to senior operators and engineers.
- Provide junior-level 24/7 operational support to Missile Warning and Test operations.
- Support continuous system operations through shift-based operational coverage.
- Demonstrate competence in system operation and basic maintenance activities.
- Follow established operational procedures, checklists, and guidance.
- Escalate issues appropriately to senior operations and engineering staff.
- Support mission readiness and system availability across all operational shifts.
- Basic understanding of mission operations environments

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations environment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
