Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties. Make repairs to entry points, upsell repairs and additional work.
I need someone who is accountable, decidicated, reliable and committed. This job is Monday thru Friday with a rotating shift for weekends which we try to avoid by closing jobs out on Fridays, but occasionally there are weekend pickups. The job is not off the table if you absolutely cannot work weekends.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Climbing and working off of ladders and on roofs.
Getting onto roofs to set traps, remove trapped animals, and do repairs to entry points. Light construction with aluminum trim metal breaks and wood repairs.
Getting into attics for inspections, treatments, insulation removal, and replacement.
Working with (trapping and removing) wild animals mostly: raccoons, birds, bats, groundhogs, skunks, Canadian geese, opossum, moles.
Talking with customers to better understand their problem, coming up with a solution and communicating with them throughout the entirety of the process.
Safely driving to and from each jobsite.
Really looking for someone who has experience in some sort of construction, sales, roofing. Willing to pay for experience after you show me what your capabilities are.
Commission based sales bonuses. Must be able to complete sold work.
