Pediatric Nurse Supervisor Outpatient setting/Primary Care Setting
Atlanta Pediatric Partners is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse--LPN. Nurse must have excellent patient care experience, outstanding customer service skills and leadership qualities. Pediatric Primary Care experience is required. Supervisory experience is a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Job duties include:
- Triage-Address sick calls/triage patients via telephonic communication
•Manage inventory
- Train and develop new clinical staff
- On-going training and educating of clinical staff
- Updateprocedure handbook as necessary
- Manage back office staff schedule
- Address patient complaints and handle service recovery
- Maintain CLIA, OSHA and any other state measures up to date and compliant
- Manage the flow of clinic during patient hours
- Dual clinic location supervision
