Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort in residential and light commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing issues during maintenance, performing necessary repairs, replacing parts, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform repairs and install parts related to heating and cooling systems as needed.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and laws.
- Provide exceptional service as a technician by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and practices.
- Experience with repair techniques related to heating and cooling systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in service technician roles.
*EPA Certification and at least 1 year of experience or completion of trade school required.*
