This is specifically targeting existing roofing sales reps, looking for higher upside and a better company structure than what they have had previously, here in Colorado.
There are many ways that roofing sales reps/contractors are paid; there's high variance on guarantee vs upside, when/how you're paid, and the structures vary greatly.
We believe in the structure our company provides for representatives to maximize their skills and enjoy the freedom of their schedule and time. This is a 1099 position, and there a lot of benefits to the 1099 contractor life vs the W2 life (Lower taxes, freedom, higher upside, and more).
