French Market is looking to add an Office Administrator to our small family owned business!
We are looking for a reliable, energetic and consistent office admin to assist our various front and back of house departments. We are a very busy and dynamic business with ever changing needs and lots of plates spinning!

- Ability to think on your feet and pivot to whatever solution is necessary in a given situation
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Organized and able to operate efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills with employees, management, and ownership
- Takes initiative and is proactive in finding solutions to problems that arise daily and improvements that can be made
- Has an energetic and upbeat attitude
- Delivers a consistent message to employees
This position will handle cash and bank runs, place orders for a large amount of packaging products, use various programs to organize processes, and generally be available for any admin related task that we need to run our restaurant and market.
This is an hourly position. The schedule will vary depending on business needs but generally will include Monday, Wednesday and Friday with an average of between 18-24 hours a week. Previous experience in a restaurant isn't necessary but would be very helpful in this role.
