What Per Diem Means Here No guaranteed hours, no set schedule. You're onboarded and ready when we call. Expect 0–10 hrs/week as we launch, growing as our client base does. Good fit if you have another job and want flexible side income. Not a fit if you need guaranteed hours now.
What You'll Do Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, toileting), meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, documentation, and client family communication.
Requirements
- Active North Dakota CNA certification (include your CNA number)
- Pass ND background and registry checks
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Fargo-area residence
Why $30/Hour Per diem means we're asking for flexibility — sometimes on short notice. We pay above market because we respect that.
