Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Assemblers for a company based in Antioch, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of window and door units, including the installation of frames, glass, and hardware. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and comfort working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, some Saturdays, 6 00 AM to 2 30 PM.
Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble windows and doors according to detailed instructions and blueprints.

Operate hand and power tools to cut, measure, and join materials.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

Package and prepare assembled units for shipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
Assembler Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Ability to read a tape measure and follow written/oral instructions.

Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.

Familiarity with general hand and power tools.
