Work Site Location: 100% Onsite at Phoenix branch office. Phoenix, AZ

Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Your Responsibilities:-
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply orders, and monitoring clerical functions

Establish and maintain corporate vendor relationships to achieve the best possible rates for services provided to the corporate office.

Order flowers/gift baskets for bereavement on behalf of Garda.

Provide administrative assistance to the senior leadership team as needed.

Oversee scheduling of corporate conference rooms and maintenance of technology and supplies.

Ensure all refrigerators are stocked prior to meetings and provide meals for meetings upon request
-
Reconcile receipts with corporate AmEx card statements. • Plan and execute corporate office events as needed.

Manage the upkeep of the office by maintaining open lines of communication with building management.

Update and manage key card and keypad access to the building (corporate and STL offices).

Distribute information supplied by building management that will affect those in the corporate office (fire alarm testing, parking lot maintenance, etc.).

Answer phones and provide back-up assistance for the Administrative Receptionist.
Your Qualifications:-
At least 21 years of age or older
-
Minimum 2 years of corporate office reception or admin experience is required
-
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to present a professional image and effectively represent the organization
-
Strong networking skills and willingness to collaborate across different teams and projects

Familiarity with corporate, professional environments
-
Understand and meet the expectations of receptionists.

Highly collaborative, taking ownership and building trust with stakeholders

Keen attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Google Suite
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to follow instructions, train others, and think creatively to solve problem

Desire for growth within the team and organization

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Possess First Aid/CPR/ERT training for emergencies.
