Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall strategy for the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve peak performance

Manage financial performance, including controlling costs, achieving sales targets, and reading P&L statements

Handle all aspects of staffing, including scheduling, training, and employee development

Ensure compliance with all operational policies, health, and safety standards

Build positive customer relationships and create a welcoming environment

MUST have a minimum of 4+ years of General Manager experience in a similar QSR environment

Strong understanding of food ordering systems and P&L management

Proven ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and train and develop staff

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for leading by example
