We're looking for an Automotive Body Technician who shares our passion for quality and takes pride in producing exceptional work.
Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs on a variety of domestic and import vehicles
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and structural components
- Remove and install body panels, trim, lights, bumpers, and related components
- Perform dent repairs using proper repair procedures
- Weld, section, and replace panels when required
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM standards and shop quality expectations
- Work closely with estimators and management throughout the repair process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- 3+ years of collision repair experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM repair procedures
- Strong metal finishing and panel alignment skills
- Own professional hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
