Minimum 2 years of Medical Billing Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

Experience with insurance follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution

Working knowledge of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care insurance plans

Experience using CBO (Connect Back Office) and Imagine software preferred

Strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management processes

Ability to research and resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize workload and meet productivity goals

Proficient with Mac (Apple) computers and operating systems
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

High school diploma or equivalent required; medical billing certification is a plus
-
Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the healthcare industry

Anesthesia billing experience
-
Knowledge of payer-specific billing guidelines and reimbursement methodologies

Experience working with large provider groups

Understanding of EOBs, ERAs, claim corrections, and appeals processes

Previous experience in a high-volume AR environment

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
-
Ability to maintain a dedicated and professional home office workspace

Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work

This is a fully remote position.Employees must be comfortable working
