Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional service to all members and guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
· Greet members and guests promptly and courteously.
· Taking orders and providing recommendations from our food, beverage, wine, and draft beer menus. Having a working knowledge of our products is necessary.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
· Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
· Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely and accurate service.
· Maintain side work and cleanliness standards to uphold the quality of the dining experience.
· Ensure personal grooming and uniform standards are met, reflecting the professionalism of our establishment. Facial hair must be well-groomed, and no visible tattoos or piercings.
· Contribute positively to a family-oriented workspace, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with members and guests effectively.
· Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
