We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning, to ensure optimal film adhesion and a smooth finish
- Measure, cut, and precisely install paint protection films using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment
- Perform auto body repairs, buffing as needed to achieve seamless results
- Use welding and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues and ensure structural integrity of film application
- Handle heavy lifting of vehicles or parts safely while maintaining proper safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining the benefits of PPF, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Requirements
- Proven experience in PPF installation with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Dealership experience or background in auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration is highly preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, buffing machines, and auto glass tools
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in vehicle maintenance and auto estimating techniques
- Welding skills and familiarity with auto body repair processes are advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Valid driver’s license; relevant certifications in auto body repair or mechanic experience are a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
