Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Maple Garage — Denver, CO
Posting Details
Company: Maple Garage
Location: Denver, CO 80209
Job Type: Full-time, In person
Advertised Pay (Indeed): $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Overview
Maple Garage is a locally owned, independent auto shop right in the heart of Denver — not a big-box chain, and not a franchise where you're just a number. We've built our reputation over the years on honest work, fair pricing, and treating both our customers and our team like people, not transactions. Our customers are neighbors, regulars, and word-of-mouth referrals who keep coming back because they trust us.
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join a shop where the culture actually matters. Our team is tight-knit — experienced techs who help each other out, share knowledge, and take pride in doing the job right rather than rushing cars through a bay. You'll have the autonomy to do quality work, the backing of a team that has your back, and a shop environment that stays busy without feeling like a corporate assembly line.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with the mechanical knowledge and tool proficiency to work on a diverse range of makes and models, including American and Japanese vehicles. Whether you're looking to grow your skills, work with people who respect the trade, or just want a stable shop to call home, Maple Garage is a great place to build a career.
Pay structure: $20/hour base + $10/hour flag rate, with total hourly earnings targeted between $25–$30/hour based on experience and productivity.
