We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior
- Engage children in hands-on activities that support their developmental milestones and foster a love of learning
- Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure safety and comfort
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children’s social interactions and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental concerns, and reinforce learning at home
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, health information, and daily activities in compliance with childcare standards and mandated reporting laws
Requirements
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred
- Pass a background check
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, including toddler care practices and early intervention strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics through effective classroom management techniques
- Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is required as well as ongoing professional development in early childhood education.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
